BPM will showcase and convene Black professionals to highlight our value, build relationships, enhance leadership and build wealth.

Enhance the awareness and appreciation for the accomplishments of Black professionals worldwide with daily social media posts, articles and videos showcasing and spotlighting individual Black professionals, organizations and milestone achievements.
Black Professionals Month is the the vision of Jerome Hutchinson, Jr. that he shared with Denise Kaigler in 2020. During the second half of 2020 and in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, they joined forces to collaborate in bringing this vision to life. Hutch lives in South Florida and Denise resides in the Boston area. Both are highly accomplished business, civic and corporate leaders committed to assisting Black professionals to step up, stand out and breakthrough!
