Black Professionals Month is the the vision of Jerome Hutchinson, Jr. that he shared with Denise Kaigler in 2020. During the second half of 2020 and in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, they joined forces to collaborate in bringing this vision to life. Hutch lives in South Florida and Denise resides in the Boston area. Both are highly accomplished business, civic and corporate leaders committed to assisting Black professionals to step up, stand out and breakthrough!
